Windstream MetaSphere Voicemail Being Phased Out
If you currently have voicemail on Windstream's Metasphere voicemail system please note that this system is being phased out June 30, 2013. See MetaSphere Phaseout Information to find out what you need to do to be moved over to the new system.
The timeline for this transition is:
June 1, 2013 – This is the last day that submissions will be guaranteed before the Phase Out. Submissions will be processed on a first come/first served basis. Submissions after this date have a chance of being done but, due to the volume of voice mailboxes to be converted, there can be no guarantee that your new mailbox will be created.
June 30, 2013 – This is the date of the actual migration from MetaSphere (7-5900 access) to Exchange (8-5900/email access). Your MetaSphere mailbox will be deleted on this date! You will have access to any messages that were deposited after this date.
