The Blackboard System is currently functioning properly.

However, due to some complications with an upgrade to storage space the following functions within Blackboard are not working at this time:

Adobe Connect Pro Meetings

All Video Playback including:

Echo 360 Video Playback

Kaltura Video – Playback and encoding

Streaming Video Playback

We are working with the vendor to solve the issue. We will restore this functionality as soon as possible.

Adobe Connect Pro is also affected and continues to be unavailable. If you have a meeting planned using Adobe Connect Pro, please contact the Customer Service Center at 218-4357(HELP), so we can assist you with a workaround during this outage.
