TASC strongly recommends that Blackboard instructors set major project and test deadlines for 5pm (rather than midnight or other late hours) on the due date so that if a problem occurs Information Technology Customer Service Center (IT CSC) and, if necessary, specialized Blackboard technicians, have adequate time to troubleshoot the problem. (If you make that change of due date/time, please remember that it may call for an update to your syllabus.) The CSC phone number is 257-1300. Callers who are in a testing or timed situation should alert the representative early in the call.
o CSC Hours are 7am-midnight M-Th; 7am-6pm Fri.; and 1pm-midnight Sunday.
o Bb technicians are available 8am-5pm M-Fri.
o Testing or timed situations that require a Bb tech's attention are escalated immediately.
