We have had two incidents one on Sunday 2/14 and one today 2/18 related to feeds into Blackboard from the SAP system. These incidents resulted in a temporary inability for many students to be able to access their course shells in Blackboard. We are continuing to try to find the source of the problem. In the mean time, the automatic feeds have been shut down and will be done manually. There has not been any data loss as a result of the incidents.
