It is critical that you have upgraded your computer system to the latest version of Java.  Without the latest version you may not be able to complete the test or quiz. 
 
To get the latest version of Java for free, go to java.com and click on the Free Java Download button.  Run the installer and you will have the latest version.
 
Why is this critical??  Blackboard is written in Java.  So an out of date version on your computer will be incompatible with the Blackboard system.
