Traffic Light does not show in My Bb when user's connection to Blackboard has issues

When any blackboard user logs into https://elearning.uky.edu and does not see the traffic light within the Bb_Status module on the My Bb page, Blackboard is experiencing problems.

When any user logs into Blackboard and does not see the traffic light within the Bb_Status module on the My Bb page, they will need to follow these instructions: 1. Clear browser's cache, 2. Exit Browser, 3. Shut down computer for at least one full minute 4. Turn computer back on and after it loads, open up browser and navigate to blackboard to log in. 5. If traffic light is still not showing in My Bb, repeat steps 1 - 4.

Grade Center > View Grade Details > View Attempt navigating to another user

Grade Center > Grade Details > View Attempt (for Work-in-Progress) - navigates to first 'Needs Grading' user

in testing; the 'View Attempt' will redirect to the first 'Needs Grading' student; to submit or clear the attempt of the 'Work in Progress' student, once in the 'View Attempt' page, use the 'Jump to …' button to redirect to the correct student's 'View Attempt' page.

Grade Center > 'Attempt MM/DD/YY Needs Grading' and Grade Center > View Grade Details > View Attempt directing to page with Error Message.

When Instructor mouses over the drop-down menu of an grade column:student cell and selects 'Attempt MM/DD/YY Needs Grading', Instructor is directed to page with Error Message instead of the 'View Attempt' page for that particular attempt.

Instructor can click on the drop-down menu of the column header of the grade column and select 'Edit Column Information.' Within the Column Information page, select the appropriate Category and Submit. The Instructor will then be able to view the 'View Attempt' page.

Grade Center > Grade Details page > View Attempt 'Submit Attempt' and 'Clear Attempt' not working

Submit Attempt' and 'Clear Attempt' within the 'View Attempts' page gives Instructor Error Message.

Clear Attempt' button works from 'Grade Details' page; If 'Edit Grade' is used from 'Grade Details' page, Instructor will then able to 'View Attempt' to enter scores for each question and 'Submit Attempt' successfully.

Grade Center gives Syntax Error

When Instructor/Sys Admin tries to access 'Full Grade Center', a Syntax Error appears

This occurs when Traffic Light is not visible on the My Bb page, please see 'Traffic Light' issue above
