Problems Uploading Grades: You may have experienced a problem uploading your grades from Blackboard into the SAP system. We are aware of the problem and IT staff is working on a solution now. We greatly appreciate those who have called this problem in to the UKIT Service Desk.

 

If you are experiencing this error (see below) and you have not yet reported it, please contact the Service Desk at 218-4357 and tell them that you are having a problem uploading your midterm grades. They will take your contact information and you will be notified as soon as we have the problem is resolved. If you have other problems with Blackboard or other academic software, please contact the Service Desk and they will be happy to assist you.

 

Error Message: >> The type initializer for 'BBFeeds.GradebookReader.Common' threw an exception. ---> A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.) -->
