Question

 How do I add video files to my Blackboard course?

Answer
Sign into your course and select a "Course Content" folder. Select "Add Interactive Tool" then "Course Media". Name the file in the 1. Content Information field and in the "Add Media" field select " Single Video". Follow the directions and upload your video.
