Latest Lync 2010 Client Patch - November 2012
For those of you who have the necessary rights to install software on your computer you can stay on the cutting edge with the latest Lync 2010 client software. You can check back here at least on a monthly basis to see if there is a newer Lync 2010 client patch available. The latest version is 4.0.7577.4356 and is found in the About Microsoft Lync 2010 dialog box as shown below. The patches fix bugs and often have slightly updated feature enhancements. This patch fixes several security vulnerabilities and should be installed ASAP!
To find out what version you are running, click the options menu | Help | About Microsoft Lync.
To get the very latest version, go to the UK download server and search for Lync. The patch is publicly available and therefore you will not be required to login to download it. Select the 32-bit or 64-bit patch, whichever is right for your computer.
