Below are cool tips related to OCS 2007. The University of Kentucky OCS System deployment conforms to Microsoft specifications. Most of the tips will work just fine with UK. Please be aware that some fo the tips utilize features of OCS that you or your department may not currently work with. Please check with UKIT OCS 2007 R2 Systems team if you have questions about which features are available to your department. Please note some telephony features have and associated cost with them.
